SUP fitness and yoga classes are a great alternative to a gym workout. What better way to exercise than on the water, surrounding by nature, in a scenic setting? We offer morning and evening classes to take advantage of lesser winds and cooler temperatures to make the classes more comfortable for everyone. If you already paddle but would like to add a paddling workout to your schedule, no problem! You can bring your own board and join any class that we have. Our yoga and fitness classes are taught by instructors that are certified in SUP Yoga and SUP Instruction. Stand up paddling offers an amazing full body workout every time you step foot on board.
