New to standup paddling? No problem! Take a lesson and you'll be walking on water in no time. We will cover the basics on land before heading into the water. Our lessons are taught in safe, shallow locations. We guarantee you will be standing and grinning by the end of your lesson. No prior paddling experience is required.
We offer a wide variety of guided tours and excursions. From sight-seeing, to paddling under a full moon, we will give you an unforgettable experience while enjoying stand up paddling in beautiful Rhode Island. See Rhode Island's coast like you've never seen it before! Prior paddling experience is recommended but not required.
Improve your technique, your endurance and your comfort level with our Skills-N-Drills training program. These classes are specifically geared toward training on 12'6 and 14' SUP raceboards. Work on paddling fundamentals including pivot turns, beach starts, paddling drills, interval training exercises and more.
SUP Yoga & Fitness
We offer many different types of fitness and SUP Yoga classes. Come stretch and practice your downward dog in the middle of a peaceful, private cove in beautiful Narragansett Bay at one of our SUP Yoga classes.. Tone your body using an alternative core fitness approach in our SUP Sculpt class.
We offer many different options for birthday parties, summer cookouts, family outings, corporate team-building and more. We have put together SUP outings for groups ranging in size from 5 to 50 people. This a very fun and unique way to celebrate a special event.
